After the records you have requested are retrieved from the field, we reproduce multiple copies to CD-ROM, DVD, or paper. Multiple sets can be delivered to treating physicians, claims adjustors, defense counsel, medical examiners, or anyone involved in the case, according to your instructions. We keep your digitized records on file in-house and readily available for five years or more, so we can provide you with additional sets when you need them.

Digital Delivery
If you require immediate delivery of your records, ARS can provide them electronically - downloaded directly from the ARS system to your computer. In addition, these records can be made fully searchable using Adobe Acrobat®.
