The PDF Order Form is designed to allow fast and easy submission of copy orders directly from the desktop of your personal computer. Simply download the order form from our web site, fill out the required fields and click a button to email your order to ARSLegal.
If you submit a lot of copy orders to us, it may be more advantageous to use the Online ARS Order Form Application. The Online Order Form application allows you to submit new orders or view past orders.
Here's how the PDF Order Form works:
The ARSLegal PDF Order Form is based on the Portable Document Format standard from Adobe®Systems Incorporated. To open the order form, Adobe Acrobat Reader® version 5 or later is required. If this software is not already on your system, the latest version of Acrobat Reader® is available from Adobe® as a free download. Besides Acrobat Reader®, the PDF Order Form requires an Internet connection to submit data directly to ARSLegal.
Once the Acrobat Reader® software is installed on your system, click the link at the top of this page to download the PDF Order Form to your computer.
When finished downloading, the PDF Order Form will open inside your web browser or in the Acrobat Reader® software, depending on how your system is set up.
Proceed to fill out the form fields as you would on the paper-based order form. When you are done, scroll down to the bottom of the order form and locate the "Submit" button in the lower right hand corner of the PDF Order Form:
Clicking the "Submit" button will send the entered data directly to ARSLegal. Note that you must be connected to the Internet for this to work correctly. Depending on which version of the Acrobat® software is installed,a web page will be opened within Acrobat Reader® or your web browser confirming that the form has been successfully received by ARSLegal.
Clicking the download link on the confirmation page will allow you to download a completed copy of the sent order for your records. This is highly recommended as Acrobat Reader® does not allow you to save the data entered into the form. The downloaded copy is in saved in a Rich Text Format (RTF) file which can be opened in Microsoft Word® or any word processor that can open RTF files.
