Training - available in your office for all ARS developed software, including CaseManagement Pro® and AccuRateS®.

Help Desk Support - call us whenever you have difficulty with your computer systems, or have a question about ARS CaseManagement Pro® or AccuRateS®.

On-site Support - we have certified service technicians ready to upgrade your computer systems or get your office back up and productive after a system failure.

Response Time - average response time of 2 to 6 hours for all service calls located within a 30 mile radius of Whittier, CA, and 4 to 8 hours for service calls located within a 31 to 60 mile radius.
